Personal Adolescent training near Reading
Adolescent dogs can throw a whole host of behaviours at you that you can find really difficult to manage. All of the training you did prior to 6 months of age feels like it has been forgotten. Your beautiful, cute puppy is growing up and has learned that he/she can think for themselves.
They also learn quickly how to press your buttons and behave in a manner that can be upsetting for any pet owner.
This training is devised for over 6 month old puppies up to the age of 2 years old. It is specifically designed to enable a consistent approach in order to ensure you maintain a good level of training and confidence as your dog matures.
All of your family can attend the training or just one person, it’s entirely up to you and it will take place in either the comfort of your own home/garden or in a park/secured area. It allows you the ability to be able to ask all your questions and learn at yours and your puppy’s pace.
There are 2 options for adolescent training:
Good Dog Course
This is a fun 6 week course covering life skills in order to build confidence and calmness in your dog including boundary games, loose lead walking and recall.
It is 1 hour per week and is a prescribed, progressive course content.
Cost is £450
Bespoke Course
Bespoke adolescent training starts with a 1.5 hour consultation and is followed up with a training plan of what you want to achieve and how you can achieve it.
The initial consultation is 1.5 hours in length and is a great place to start if you want a more personalised training plan
